When we think of Christmas
Oft we think of things
Of parties and songs we sing
Of silver bells that ring
But the day of Christmas
The joy that it can bring
For we celebrate the birthday
Of Jesus our lord and king
In time we can forget
The gifts all under the tree
But we can never forget
The gift of heaven, so free
God's gift to all mankind
A gift from the grave
And we should never forget
The joy that He gave
