THE COMPUTER VIRUS
by Chole Chanem
Smuk was a good computer programmer
The best that there could be
But the things he liked to program
Were computer viruses, you see
He could write a virus
That would the data destroy
He could make the instructions
That the hardware would annoy
He could hide viruses in the system
So that nothing could detect
And make it pop out
When ever it chose to infect
He got a kick out of destroying files
Upon which business depended
He could see top executives squirm
As stockholders on them descended
One day his program got into medical records
But he could not care
Until he got very sick
And his records were not there
Because of a virus
He found his time was up
He wished it wasn't there
But it made the computer hiccup
And when he died
No records were recovered
But he could not be buried
No trace of him could be discovered
