Sox the Kat Sox the Cat

Shaz writes:

Sox the Kat is a very important kat. He has been running a bulletin board in Australia for almost 4 years now and has his own mailnet (not internet based) called Katnet.

He lost one of his people last year and spent 3 months roaming a town called Ipswich in Queensland while the Air force, police, neighbours, and freinds searched for him. He showed up on Easter fat and furry for a steak at a freind's house and is now happy to be home.

Sox is a very smart kat and understands the work "chook" (chicken). Just casucally mention it in his presence and he will come running (and you had better have some for him if you knwo what's good for you). One day he was sniffing my husband like crazy. Crawling all over him and sniffing and we were wondering what was up until he went into the kitchen and started going through the bin. I realised he was looking for the bones! My husband had to admit that he had been to KFC. After that he always saved a bit for Sox.

Mittens Mittens

Baby Mittens was adopted by the Smith's, a kind family of five last year, when we think she was about one years old.
A neighour spotted her wandering around her yard and we did want a cat.. and she was beautiful. Since then she has grown more fond of family life and has grown accustomed to the nice heat and shelter that living in a house brings. She loves to drink water from the container that her human mother rinses her tole painting brushes in.
Baby Mittens also loves wool and being around people. Her favorite place is sitting on top of the computer monitor - out of the way. Mittens is a great alarm clock and you can rely on her meow every morning around 7am.
Mittens is a great family pet and is loved immensly.
