Misty and Pickles

We got them from the cat shelter in 1992. We had gone there for one cat, but when we saw them cuddled together we didn't want anyone splitting them up so we got both.

They have always been so close, except now they're a little distanter. Misty is just a pig. He is HUGE! He was so small once(like in picture) but now he weighs about 6 kgs(approx. 12 pounds I think). But he extremely affectionate and likes to hang around us , whether we are outside or inside.

He also waits on the driveway when we go out, so he's the first thing we see when we come back.

Pickles is just the opposite - he is very skinny (we get a little worried sometimes), and he is very shy.

He will only let us cuddle him and that is only on special occasions. Although he has his moments when you know he just loves you lots. Our two cats are a nice complement to each other hey?"

Mittens Cleo Shapiro

I'm Mittens Cleo Shapiro. I'm a tortie calico. I am a year and a half old. I'm a female. My human's name is Liz Shapiro. She loves me a lot. . .I'm her favorite kitty. I am a very selective kitty. I really only like Liz and her sister. I like Liz better though. I like to sleep with Liz in her bed and I follow her around and make sure she behaves herself. Now on to Taffy.

Taffy Apple Shapiro is a long-hair domestic tiger. The vet says she is roughly 3-5 years old. My people got her from a shelter. She's really lazy. She likes to sit on the rocking chair and the couch. She sleeps a WHOLE lot. She's a silly kitty.

Tori Gizmo Shapiro is just a weeeee kitten. She is 3 and a half months old. See what I mean? She's a blue-cream domestic short hair. She is REALLY annoying. She jumps on me, and I growl and hiss but she just chases me around! What an odd kitten she is. I was never like THAT to Taffy when I arrived here when I was 6 weeks old. She has to learn.
