• Only sites that relate in some way to house cats are eligible. While we have awarded many types of sites in the past, we prefer to award cat home pages. We want to see cat photographs.
• Pages about cats are judged on their creativity, overall impression and value to the cat community. Pages "by cats" are judged on all the above features except value. For these pages, the "warm and furry" factor is substituted for value.
• Pages must be G rated.
• Please also submit your URL to our index of cat pages.
• Pages should not be commercial in nature.
• Pages should not be slow to load. If they crash my browser they will not win.
